I aim to provide a supportive and positive learning experience in which all members are encouraged to develop negotiation, influencing and dispute resolution skills. The result? Greater self-confidence, and both personal and professional growth.
The Novák Negotiation Bootcamp consists of six two-hour sessions every two weeks plus work in between sessions. That means ninety days of focused attention on your negotiation skills. Every session means two hours of intensive practice, individualised feedback, and a hands-on learning experience, led by a competent professional. Action plans, an online support group and a negotiation journal are provided to maximise learning in between sessions.
A final exam with a Certificate of Achievement.
Groups are from 6 to 12 members in size to keep the group small, yet to allow variety in practising.
Your peers may be specialists hoping to negotiate a salary raise, non-commercial managers and senior managers, as well as B2B sales professionals, sales managers, and key account managers. Plus, small and medium enterprise owners and CEOs, or one-man start-ups discussing potential joint ventures with investors, clients and key talents.

Six people, max. This small group allows a highly pragmatic approach that creates true-to-life conditions that enable you to put the techniques you learn into practice. It also allows the time and space for highly individualised feedback and questions.
This training course is for serious learners only. It’s not for everyone. You must be prepared before we begin and may need to provide a written recommendation.

Like the Essentials course, we create true-to-life conditions, helping you put the techniques you learn into practice, while allowing the time and space for highly individualised feedback and questions. However, in the Advanced course we apply a different set of learning tools to help you take your negotiations to the next level.
This training course is for serious learners only. It’s not for everyone. You must have successfully completed the Novák Negotiation Essential course before we can begin the Novák Negotiation Advanced training.
